Prices and availability
Prices are reported by third-party sources and may change before you arrive. Coverage, availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. Check the pump price before purchasing. PumpScan does not sell fuel or take responsibility for a forecourt’s transactions.
Journeys and savings
Routes, nearby-station distances and savings are estimates, not guarantees. Distance from a route is not an exact driving detour. Follow road signs and local restrictions, and do not interact with the site while driving. Loyalty and cashback information is general information, not financial advice; check current provider terms.
Permitted use and data licensing
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Public sector price information is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. That licence does not imply endorsement and does not license third-party logos or PumpScan branding.
Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights.
